At Mac Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Mac Tools account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the goods.
